Terms of Service

Authorized access

KIP is not a public service. Access is limited to active Kanttila Management administrators, authorized Artists, and specifically authorized guests. Accounts and credentials are personal and may not be shared. Users must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Users must use KIP lawfully, professionally, and within the permissions assigned to them. In particular, users must not:

• attempt to view, change, or export information outside their authorized role, mailbox, or resource access;
• share credentials, bypass security controls, or expose confidential agency information;
• upload unlawful, malicious, infringing, or knowingly misleading content;
• interfere with KIP, connected Google services, or another user's work.

Connected Google services

KIP provides authorized interfaces to Gmail, Google Contacts, Workspace Directory, Google Calendar, Drive, and Docs. Google remains the provider and canonical owner of that service data. Use of those services is also subject to the applicable Google terms and account policies.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriate handling of information they add, send, assign, or share through KIP. KIP supports agency operations but does not replace professional, legal, financial, or contractual judgment.

Availability and changes

Kanttila Management may maintain, improve, or change KIP and may temporarily interrupt access for security, recovery, maintenance, or provider outages. Reasonable efforts are made to protect canonical data and restore normal service.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or revoked when a user's role ends, permissions change, security requires it, or these terms are breached. Protected local caches are designed to be cleared or invalidated when access ends; canonical records follow the applicable agency and provider retention rules.
