KM Tasks Support

Help with access, sign-in, notifications, privacy, and account requests for the KM Tasks iPhone app.

Who can use KM Tasks

KM Tasks is a private work app for authorized Kanttila Management administrators and Artists. Accounts are created by Kanttila Management; the app does not offer public registration or in-app account creation.

Sign-in help

Sign in with the KIP username and password supplied for your individual account. If your credentials do not work, your access has changed, or you need a password reset, contact support. Do not share your credentials.

Notifications

KM Tasks can send authorized task, Agenda, and workflow notifications. You can change notification permission at any time in iPhone Settings. Turning notifications off does not remove your KIP account or its assigned work.

Account access and deletion requests

KM Tasks does not create accounts in the app. To request access, correct account information, deactivate access, or request deletion of eligible personal information, contact Kanttila Management. Requests are verified and handled according to the agency's operational, security, legal, and retention obligations.
